24 Green June Plums, washed and cut up, discard seed
2 Cups of water
Piece of Ginger, washed and grated
4 Tbsps of Brown Sugar
Add June plums, water and ginger to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a jug and mix in brown sugar to sweeten. Serve over ice.
